Fabric body sized body swing. One side is a fabric and other side is nylon type material. The stitching is tight. This body sling appears very well made. Besides the hangers there are many handles for holding. This is very supportive. I am happy with this item. It is lightweight yet strong and supportive.

This patient lift sling is exactly what you’d expect from a good quality sling. It is well-made and sturdy enough to provide strong support for patients of all sizes and weights, and offers multiple hand-holds for the caregivers to get a secure grip while transferring. If you need a sling, this is a good one.

This is something that can be used for lifting an elderly person out of bed. Somebody that is incapacitated, or they are just very ill. It’s also something that is used for disabled people that don’t have use of their legs and arms. The fabric is heavy duty, yet it is soft to the touch. There are several straps that are adjustable just by hooking them in different loops built-into the straps. This solid body sling is easily washable and can even go into the washing machine but it must be left to air dry. If this is being used to transfer a patient, I would suggest that the strapping was wider because it kind of cuts into your hands. Or, the person lifting the sling should be wearing padded gloves. There were a few strands of stitching that needed to be cut with scissors so they didn’t come unraveled otherwise this was made with very high detail.

I got this delivered recently.
It is a blue pad for moving things.
Good product
Very well put together and surely extremely durable. I have had some things in my life very similar to this…same type material, heavy duty sewing, even the blue color! And those things were tough! And this is tough too.
Gotta move somebody?
This’ll do

If I had seen this sling a year ago, I would have wondered “why would I want this?” But exactly a year ago tomorrow, my mother fell and broke her shoulder. Subsequently two other family members have had medical issues that affect their mobility. When you’re helping care for someone in pain, the last thing you want to do is inflict more pain or endanger the patient. This sling makes it easy to lift and carry people who need a little extra help.
Although the sling was designed to be used with lift machines — most of us don’t have those at home — it’s easy to use manually. The sling is well-made and can be laundered in a regular washing machine.
I wish we’d had this when our lab, Cleo, was sick. It took three adults to pick her up, and I know we just made her more uncomfortable. This sling would have helped a lot. Now that I know how useful these slings are, I’m glad I have one on hand.

This full-body sling is very helpful as a caregiver for elderly, or mobility impaired persons. This lift pad is similar to ones I’ve used with lift machines; however, I like that this can be used without one of those machines (as most of us cannot or do not have the ability to have one in homes).
This sling is made of a soft material, that is of polyester type; its gentle enough for lifting, shifting, and adjusting patients and/or loved ones (of all ages). I also see how this could come in handy for even pets as well. Very nice quality and easy to use, I’m very pleased with this product and it’s versatility.

This full body sling feels very strong and sturdy and is made from really durable material. It’s a great size, offering good coverage and support, especially for larger people. I found it makes maneuvering people much easier and should feel quite secure when used with a patient lift. Seems like a reliable and well constructed sling for those who need assistance with transfers.
Hopes & Dreams –
This sling is well made, very solid stitching. The fabric is soft, given the material – certainly not scratchy against skin. Easy to grip and lift. Useful to have, even without a machine.

This is a well-made full-body sling with strong, durable straps. It’s designed for use with a lift but also works well manually or as a backup stretcher. Very versatile and reliable.

This full-body sling worked well with the existing cradle we have in place for my dad. The cradle is a 4-point cradle, but it does work with 2 and 6-point cradles as well. The sling itself is very durable and appears to be resistant to tears. Despite being heavy-duty, it is also comfortable and safe to use.

Very sturdy material. Corners are reinforced and straps are very securely sewn on.

Seems to be well made. This sling was easy to use and is such a life saver for moving individuals that have mobility issues. It was easy to install also.

I got this sling to use for lifting a person, but not by a lift machine. I got an extra large based on weight it would hold, but it is very large and I could have probably gone with just a large. This actually makes it easier to move a person than using a sheet or just your hands. It distributes the weight well and allows ordinary people to be able to move a person with mobility issues (whether disabled, or after surgery). You can use the straps on whatever color level you feel comfortable with. The material is strong, stitching is great. I love that it is washable. This would also be great for carrying a dog that cannot walk. Something I could have used a few years back, and will use for this purpose again if I need to.
Customer Review –
Wide bed to lie down against. Straps are heavy duty and easy to hook on to. The cloth used is easy to clean as well, and folds down pretty small to get out of the way quickly.

Well made product. Constructed with a nice solid material and heavy duty stitching. Seems like a very good product for the price.
Customer Review –
This is a really nice product. I transfer patients at work- well, me and other staff. This is easy to roll under a patient, unroll out the other side and to lift and transfer. It is thick and seems very durable. With chuks pads over it and wiped w cavi wipes- easy to keep clean (in relatively clean situations- y’all know what I mean!) but is a really nice transfer sling.

We actually don’t use this with a machine, but it has been helpful. After my dad had a fall, we found he needed up getting up at times because he just didn’t have the strength to lift himself. This helps a lot with that. It’s well made, and it’s strong enough to withstand his weight. Definitely gets the job done.

This sling fits our Hoyer lift perfectly! It’s very well made and works great. It’s much more affordable than the slings that the local home healthcare provider wanted to sell us with the lift rental.
I would absolutely recommend this sling.

Overall, I really like this hoyer lift sling from VitalEase. It is well-made with durable stitching and soft but strong fabric that is reasonably gentle on the skin. Assuming you have the right hardware, this sling helps make transferring people easier and more safely. I do wish the straps were a bit wider – but otherwise it is a great product. Reasonably happy with it.
Customer Review –
This full-body sling by VitalEase has sufficient sizing to meet the needs in my home. The full length is about 5 feet, so it works great at providing a secure envelop of fabric protection for position adjustments. I really like the way the handles at the corners are designed where I can get a shorter grip easily.
The fabric and stitching is very sturdy but still has enough give to be comfortable. Feels far more robust than others I have used in the past. Recommend.

I had a chance to use this sling. It is slightly bigger than some of the other ones I’ve tried so the fit wasn’t as good, however it is still very easy to use and functional. A bit pricey, but should last for a long time.

I have used slings like this in the past with Hoyer lifts. You see that type of setup sometimes at public swimming pools–which is primarily where I have used them–to help lift and lower a non-ambulatory person like myself into the water. It is so much more comfortable than being handled by several sets of hands, and can even make a disabled person feel more independent, as this type of lift can often be used with a remote control. If I am ever so lucky as to come into a bit of money, I would love to have a pool with a Hoyer lift and a sling like this that would allow me to swim whenever I want to! In the meantime, however, I ordered this sling to have on hand for times that I or anybody else in my family might need to be moved safely and comfortably. I also desperately wish I’d already had something like this at home when one of my large dogs either needed help getting up, thanks to hip dysplasia, or needed to be rushed to the emergency clinic as he was having strong seizures and was unresponsive. There are so many scenarios where having something like this available could make all the difference, for humans and larger nonhumans alike.
As for this particular item, it feels very strong and sturdy. The sewing is solid and professional; I didn’t notice any loose threads or problem areas. The inside is very soft and would be gentle on the lifted person’s skin. I love that the nylon straps have multiple loops. They can be used to adjust a person’s position when using this sling with a lift. It allows you to lower the hips or raise the head, etc. by using a higher or lower loop–all for greater patient or passenger comfort. This device is easy to store when not in use, too, since it can be rolled or folded up and tucked away in a closet or under a bed…wherever. Nobody wants to need a sling like this, but I feel much better having one here for the (probably inevitable) day it is needed.

I bought this sling to help with lifting and transferring a family member, but I didn’t find it as comfortable as expected. While the polyester material feels durable, it tends to cause some discomfort after a short period of use. The straps could be better padded for extra comfort, especially when lifting for longer periods. I also noticed that it’s a bit tricky to adjust to fit different body types, which makes it less versatile than I had hoped. Although it works for short transfers, it doesn’t meet all of my expectations when it comes to ease of use.

This lift sling is great. The material and construction of it is top notch. It’s also washable which is a must for any lift sling. I like that there’s multiple handles which make it adjustable. The material is really durable and feels nice. As the listing says the edges are soft and there’s no rough or sharp edges. I got the extra large size and it’s HUGE! I should have gotten a smaller size but I wanted to make sure it was large enough. The size chart is spot on so go by it and don’t think that you need to size up for this. All in all, if you are in need of a lift sling I highly recommend this one. Super durable and really well made.

I tested this out myself (I strung it up where I normally keep my hammock), and I think it’s super comfortable. It’s also extremely heavy duty, so I wouldn’t worry about any tears or accidents – thing is built to last out of extremely thick ripstop nylon. There are also lots of handholds, which I imagine would be very useful when using this for real.

I’m significantly overweight. I’ve never been immobile, but I worry that someday that might happen. I got this sling just in case. It’s strong, and I can tell that it is constructed well. There are no visible flaws with the stitching of the sling. My mom could have used a product like this when my stepdad was dying of cancer and could no longer move on his own.
Retired Rosie –
This sling is working very well. It seems no sling provides an absolute feeling of security for the person being lifted, but that’s common with every sling and every person I’ve ever used one with.
This sling is very well made, easy to use and to install.
